This October turning November time of year when the veil between the spiritual and physical worlds is thin, an opportunity for honoring change is in the air.
The change of seasons, the cycles of life, death and rebirth … all that’s transpired on your life path including the transformation of your being. At a certain point in your life(times), focusing on the growth of your Soul through the seasons becomes a key to living fully.
When it comes to change, it can take awhile for all those involved to understand, and, even then, what each individual thinks is their own. The only aspect you truly have any control of is your own being, and control is perhaps not the best word as it’s more of an allowance. Letting yourself come into being in the present moment as your brain and nervous system rewire to accept what is eternally evolving.
Allowance and acceptance of the ever unfolding expansion are easier said than done when your subconscious is designed to protect you from repeating past traumas (which is a very important mechanism). However, when it’s time, choosing to thaw the frozen parts with much Divine love creates fertile ground for new experiences.
So yes, this time of year is ripe for touching into the eternal present moment, welcoming the darkness, and choosing life that sparks from the core of it.
A suggestion for opening up to change…
Sit outside in the elements, letting them stir your soul and energize your body. Feel yourself relax into the heart of the Earth. Harmonize with the temperature. Dance with the movement of the air around you. Melt as moisture washes over you. Turn to and soak in the sun all throughout. Listen to and sing with the sounds around you. Let All that is guide you within to hear the voice of your heart singing the song of your Soul.
Beyond a shadow of doubt, your heart is the flame that guides your Soul in concert with your entire being through all seasons of embodying the truth of who you are and overflowing harmonious creation.
A suggested affirmation for rewiring your brain to allow and accept change…
As a Divine Being, I look to the Earth as a model for growth. For it is the Earth, with its seasons of change, that shows me how to be at peace with the creativity of my Soul. And when I embrace the Cosmic nature that dances in my heart, I find that there is nothing to fear. Instead I find a celebration of life as I open my eyes to the view.
