Just like love and light, many people have the ability to run narcissistic energy. It is in the willingness to admit heartbreaks through healing deep traumas that recovery begins.

When comparison, proving, posturing, blame, shame, and gaslighting of self and others is no longer relevant, playing the victim, villain and hero stops, and it is possible to reclaim your authentic self from the narcissistic being (entity) that feeds off of pain.

For some the narcissistic being is deeply entrenched and is tied into survival…to consider removing that being feels like dying to the brain. For others, the being is more superficially attached in to what’s driving addictions to destructive habits.

Stop feeding the narcissistic being and choose to align with what is true from your center.

Through feeling what is meant to be felt and letting go of the rest, healing happens, and wholeness exists as well as self loving acceptance of the journey.

Sweeping up the spider web attached into seeking outside of self for love, approval, safety, and security is calling your power back to generate life affirming energies from within yourself. When open wounds are healed and filled with love from the inside out, they are no longer vulnerable to manipulation.

Wild blessings,

As a writer, I divinely channel an alchemy of light frequencies and share heart wisdom woven from experiences growing up in the rocky mountains of Colorado, freelancing as a graphic artist in NYC, being an online entrepreneur, training at multiple psychic institutes, diving deep in my inner work with mentors, traveling to sacred sites around the world, as well as living lifetimes on Earth and beyond. Ways to work with me where I hold space for you to freely create your own adventure exist. 1:1 sessions, intuition courses, soulful brand design, and more ... I have a completely open crown so it's natural for me to tune into the inspiration of others and amplify it. My deep sensitivity combined with my open expression, heart, and root centers provides a playground of wise guidance.
