“Love is not a relationship with someone. Love is a way of life with everything.”

I read that on a meme someone posted last week, and it got me thinking about harmony… How our energy fields are designed like instruments, and it’s up to each individual to choose which notes they’re bringing through.

I’ve noticed that people (myself included at times) tend to focus on what’s not feeling good and what’s not wanted.

In my experience, I’ve learned that the brain and the universe don’t actually care. They’re simply neutral routing systems to the body and collective.

In a statement like, “I want to be pain free”, all that registers is the word pain.

In a statement like, “You’re wrong.”, often a person will internalize that there’s something wrong with them at their core.

Where attention goes, energy flows.

So what would it be like to “tune your instrument” so that the vibration of love flows through your channel?

Love flowing through yourself to all parts including your body.

Love flowing through all of your relationships and projects.

How might things shift for the better?

Of course, you can’t control what harmonics others are bringing through, but still, how might things shift for the better when true love is sourced from Source as the limitless energy that it is?

How might your nervous system rewire and update? How might your receive loving reflections back to you?

Give it a try, and let me know how it goes!
