Losing It at Inappropriate Times is Beautiful

They nicknamed me Jennah-rator.

When I was a little girl, I used to go beet red as I held my breath at parties. I would hold it all inside until I couldn’t take it anymore. Until I just had to let out a giant, loud wail of energy. Like a generator when the power goes out.

Even to this day all of the energy that frustrates me also fuels me. Bursting through the seams of outdated patterns, frustration clears the way for my latest self to be revealed.

What I know now that I didn’t know then is that is how life works for me as a creative being. In all areas of my life I have experienced: the budding, the opening, the blossoming, and the dying. Over and over again. Sometimes it is easier than others (like in my workspace it is usually super easy; whereas in my personal life, it is more challenging).

I have found that the greater the resistance, the more frustration is stored. Waiting for the right time to open the gates for release is like creating a dam of unfiltered water. Sometimes it is helpful to pace myself and other times it creates illness in my physical body.

As an adult, my little girl self is here as a reminder that sometimes I just gotta scream my head off at a totally inappropriate moment (like at a party) because it is time. It is too painful to keep the beauty that is waiting blossom inside any longer.

As you grow, brighter you glow.

As Anais Nin said, “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

Like a flower, your soul goes through cycles of letting go, seeding, budding and blossoming. As a spirit, you are growing through what you are creating. Intuitive Readings with me say hello to you as a soul, helping you to prune stuck energy so that your inspiration may flow more clearly. They celebrate the good that you are while shining a light on any blind spots that you’d like to resolve.

What are you growing through? What in your subconscious is affecting you?
