I found that being back in the northern hemisphere for the Winter Solstice this year was a wonderful time to honor the longest night of the year. Normally I focus on the return of light, but this year I sat with the sunset and meditated in the dark.

I experienced being in the dark as a peaceful way to honor my travels down under to Australia and New Zealand where I was blessed to dream under the full moon on sacred land in the outback, commune with nature elementals at the black sand beaches of the Tasman Sea, and more so much more. I also made peace with my fear of spiders and snakes.

A lot is to be said about becoming aware of just how much fear is running the body at times and how in resistance humans can be in when it comes to honoring their wild animal nature parts.

One blessing of honoring my fear is that it has fortified my trust… trust in my intuition, body, and the universe at large. With deeper trust, comes greater willingness for aligned growth and change. Doubt masking what is a a clear YES or NO dissipates and unfolding as well as follow through become inevitable and more graceful because it’s natural.

Also, with the change of season, I’m called to offer some 1:1 Sessions with me (a few per week), so I am listening because I truly would love to “see” you, hear from you, and talk to you about what you’re currently growing through as a human soul. Possibly available for a limited time, so I invite you to listen to your “yes” and contact me today if you feel the inkling 🙂

Wild blessings,
